The problem is that my wiord 2003 doesnt ask me to check the document out. In word 2007 i can check the document out via the server workbook feature.

Heres what I'm trying to do: The association form has a repeating group for contacts in various regions ie: region name and approver. The instantiation form needs to show a dropdown list of all the regions that were set up on association. This is how we determine the approver for the task that will get created.
