- Hi.
I am building my first statemachine and i have run in to a problem i have been unable to solve.
The workflow is simple.
It starts after a InfoPath form has been created and uses som of the data from it to create a task (another infopath form with a checkbox and a button). When the button is clicked a ontaskchanged event is supposed to be triggered to start the next task etc.

- My team and I have been looking (for years) for a way to use SharePoint 2003 to do word searches inside documents that will then display these documents into a list where they can be "checked off" to never appear again.

- My company recently launched sharepoint and we have an interesting problem. When you choose to send a link of a file via email it generates "." as " %2E" thus rendering the link useless. I'm told that this is a coding problem on the Microsoft side but I find this hard to beleive.

- When I try to open an Excel or Word document on SharePoint 2007, I used to get the option to open read-only or open for edit, I now get a crash with the following signature:

I have created a Document Library and am using folders rather than columns for organization. This is largely because when users upload more than one document at a time they are not prompted to tag them with metatdata and then lose thier files amongst the existing documents. It is difficult for them to then find the documents and edit the properties after the fact.
