- Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew how to create a directory structure in Record Center with custom workflows. I have a top level site, let's call it Test. Then Sub sites, test1, test2, test3, etc......I have a custom workflow right now that when you kick it off, writes to the Record Center.
What I want to do is that if you are in Test2, and you submit to the record cente

- I have done in-place upgrade of sharepoint server2003 to sharepoint 2007. Upgrade process was successfull. I monitored the upgrade of all site at sharepoint 2003.
now problem is that how i will get the my old sharepoint 2003 site in sharepoint 2007. any idea and help will be appreciated.

Can you create and work with forms in SharePoint Services 3.0 without using InfoPath I would like to create a vacation request form that has some logic behind it. Basically, I want the user to submit the request and have it pass the request to their manager. Once the manager has it (s)he can approve, deny, or pass up to a higher manager. Each step should notify the user via e-mail.

- I was hoping that SharePoint could do this by default but then again there may be a way around it. Essentially we have a custom list where a user can submit a milestone for a project, it's due date, and it's completion date. - How to get the Task ( as SPListItem object) in the OnTaskCreated activity. The taskId used when creating the task isn't the uniqueId of the Task so using it in the
_workflowProperties.TaskList.GetItemByUniqueId(Guid taskId)
won't give me the SpListItem i need. The final gol is to set user permissions to the task.

I have installed the template "IT Team Workspace" on sharepoint and everything works just fine.
When I use the Project Task, I try to add a new column and that works to. I can see the column in list settings, in list and in data view BUT I can not see the column when I open the task or when I edit the task.
