When I execute a BUILD, everything works fine, but when I execute 'DEPLOY' I get the error, "Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation". - When I try to access SharePoint 3.0 Central Administration I receive the following error:
This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage. I am trying to access it locally on the machine, and I am an administrator. The only change on the box was the need to reinstall aspnet_regiis for .net 2.0.
