It is security related, is there a way I can only give users a reader rights plus that user can upload, edit or add a new document but can not change anything else I dont want user to change or add new sites or pages or anything else beside just upload the document or add/edit a document

I am using Terminate activity in my sharepoint 2007 workflow. But when my workflow is running and passing through this activity then its terminates the workflow and also logging an exception information in workflow history list saying "Exception of type 'System.Workflow.ComponentModel.WorkflowTerminatedException' was thrown."

- i have a method that works fine when i run the code in a windows application project, but when i pass the exact same code to a web service (a normal web service, not a sharepoint custom web service)it crashes with the exception, The security validation for this page is invalid. Click Back in your Web browser, refresh the page, and try your operation again.

Am surprised that the only options for the conditions appear to be 'equals' or 'not equals'.
(I'd like to be able to set a condition such that a workflow will only execute if a numeric value exceeds a certain threshold).

IF BDC can be used for this, then can it convert the received data to document formats like PDF,XSL etc. Also can it also send email upon receive of any message.
