- Hi All,
I have a mixed mode application (C++ managed/unmanaged) that I am working on. If the app crashes outside Visual Studio 2005, the JIT debugger won't come up. Instead, the MS Framework dialog pops up with some information and instructions on how to get the JIT debugger running. After following the instructions (setting the registry, app configuration, etc) I still get the popup dialog

- Hi I have VS 2005 installed since a few weeks, and first it worked smoothly but now strange things are happening. Very often either firefox (1.5.0.6) or Outlook or IE crashes and the just in time debugger throws a win32 exception and wants to debug, and it pops up exceptions until I reboot. Then it starts again. I've searched for this in this forum but I didn't find any solution. I have disable sc

- I'm trying to understand what causes VS'05 to skip builds when building a solution with many projects.
I am building a solution from the command line using devenv.com. I can't use MSBuild because my solution contains an installer (vdproj) project and it looks like MSBuild can't build those.
Anyway I am specifying the Release configuration in the build. My command line looks like

- Our TFS setup is on an untrusted domain. So we are prompted for logon credentials every time we start an instance of VS2005. However, if I try to view any of the reports from within the IDE I get an access denied error, which is using the credentials for the domain I've logged in to - NOT the credentials I passed when VS started up. What's even more wierd is that I can view any of the Team Queries

- I deleted a folder. Other users can't see the folder but I can.
I checked and unchecked show deleted items just to be sure.
I did Get Latest and Get Specific version on the entire project (with force get).
I did refresh on the tree.
I restarted the IDE.
Still shows the folder after that.

Not verified yet if can be reproduced on every desktop with DB pro. Is it hapenning to everybo

- Hello, I am trying to insert a marker in the buffer (MV_BORDER style) that will highlight the whole current visual line. This is very easy to achieve in VS.NET 2003, almost anything will do (any marker with MV_BORDER style seems to act like that). In VS2005, I'm finding it impossible. I've tried using the following style: MV_BORDER|MV_COLOR_SPAN_IF_ZERO_LENGTH|MV_SELECT_WHOLE_LINE Also, I've trie
