If I call one of the methods of this object when the ActiveX control has not been loaded, then the behavior seems to be different under XP and Vista. Under XP in either IE 6 or IE 7, an exception is thrown. This can be caught and we can process the page without the

- There are two InternetExplorer.Application objects on x64-bit systems, one for x32 bit, the other for x64. By default, the x64 bit version is launched when you call the object, because by default the x64 bit wscript.exe is used. But you can also launch the x32 bit version of the object by using the x32 bit version of wscript.exe and passing the vbs url to it as an argument:

- I am having a problem with a web page which works fine in Firefox but strangely differently in IE 7 (7.0.5730.11, to be exact). I am using a float:left to produce a simple drop cap. I've tried many variants from many tutorials. That is, they work UNLESS the paragraph also contains superscript (vertical-align: super) text. If that is present, the drop cap just sticks up above the line. To reproduce

- Hi,
I have a Web application with a DHTML client (IE6-7) which uses IE databinding.
The problem occurs when I type two blanks in an input box: the corresponding XML element content that I get on the server is \n\t (of course I'm expecting two blanks).
Sniffing the XML sent to the server from the page with Fiddler I can see the following content

The add on is trust worthy, and I want the user to see that when using the add on manager.
Thanks.
