      • In my programs (using Windows XP) I open web pages calling iexplore.exe followed by url as parameter, e.g.: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" C:\help.htm#paragr11 This commad works well with Internet Explore 6 and precedent. With Internet Explore 7 the bookmark "#paragr11" is ignored and html page is opened at beginning. Any suggestion Thanks.

Why I select the certificate when I opened the https://www.xxx.cz . When I tried open other files for example doc file, I cannot select again the certificate. The problem is only with xls files.
