- Hi all, The 2.+ version was just working fine until I install the newest version (3.0.1) Currently, I have two problems. Simply, the indexer is not displaying some folders when I search for them and some files that I deleted before are still appearing in the search results. How can I clear the indexer data for re-index my files again (this should resolve my second problem) Thank you very much.

- I like the MS desktop search, but I only use it occasionally and so I'll only turn it on when I need it. When its not in use, I'd like to remove the little search window from my taskbar because it's cluttering up the place unnecessarily. I've looked all over and can't find any instructions on how to accomplish this. How is this done
Thanks in advance.

- Hi, We have a Visual C++ application that runs as a Windows Service. The Service runs with Local System Account and makes HTTPS connections to a server (our own server) for downloading files. We use WinInet in our Service for the HTTPS communication. The application works with no problem until we tested the application with IE 7. With IE 7, when we call CHttpFile :: SendRequest, the function ret

- Hello! I think there's a bug in RotateDegrees (DifferentialDriveEntity): My simulation has Y-axis rotation angle = 0¡ã If I Rotate by a generic angle, and the simulation Y-axis rotation became >= 180¡ã, the simulation starts spinning... Even if I rotate by a short angle (let's say 10¡ã), once the global angle is = or >= 180¡ã the robot spins The same happens if I rotate by a negative angle (at -

I have tried this with the technologies available before the SDK for Open XML and I figured that it is quite easy to get the header data linked wit

- Hi.
I was assigned to create a spatial index service supporting range query for some kind of Grid service. And I choose PNRP and C# as the tool. As a start, I am trying to use simple super peer architecture to create a prototype.
To achieve this, I have to access PNRP multi-layered cache to fetch Peer info and send request to that particular Peer (broadcasting costs too much).

Should I instantiate this object for each step, or should I instantiate it outside the loop By doing it outside the loop I might have some problems concerning getting "ghost" information from the previous iteration. But, by doing it inside the loop (for each step) I would slow down the whole algorithm, besides consumi

We are testing WDS 3.01 in a Windows 2003/XP environment. It is being deployed via group policy, as a published, per-user application. Each user's home folder, H:\, is mapped to \\[file_server]\home\%username%. Note that the
