Performance seems to have dropped radically aome stage and I can't diagnose why. In any case I'm frustrated by lack of knowledge on how to fille a worksheet quickly.

- I know there is quite a bit written on this subject, and unfortunately the more I read the more confused I get. Has anyone seen a webcast where someone goes through the deployment of a VSTO solution I think I might get more out of watching it step by step.
The deployment part is really frustrating for those going from VBA to managed code.
I appreciate your references.

I am writing an office plug in that will be available in Word and Excel. When a tool bar button is clicked it needs to scan through all the embedded objects in the document looking for text files that have been copied and pasted in from the file system (as objects not as text), it then needs to open them, edit the contents, save the changes back and change the display name.
