I have a cube in as2005, and in one of the dimensions(parent-child) the top level has 2 members and they have an unary operator associated.
When i have an all member defined (parent attribute aggregatable=true) the cube works.
When i set the unary operator to "None" OR when i remove the all member level, the cube stops working and has the same behaviour in both

One anomaly I did discover I thought was worth sharing for all those concerned with getting large amounts of data out of VFP in as short a time as possible. When you search for performance tips in relation to SSIS the advice is to never use select table or view from data access mode list in ole db source as t

When version 2 is shipped to the customers, they need a way to upgrade their database

- During installation, I get a warning message that the hardware doesn't meet minimum requirement. But I'm running it on a laptop with 30 gigs of free space and running Windows XP home edition.
When I click on install anyway, I end up getting an error message that I need a "sqlncli.msi" file that can't be found.
Could it be because I have both 2.0 NET and 3.0 NET installed

I've tried creating a Service Broker Interface service that retrieves messages from this queue, but I notice that if I set the timeout to -1 to watch for messages indefinitely, the Service never completes

- I have noticed that some folks create a user to own a schema, with both having the same name (ex: userowner = pfm schema = pfm) and others make dbo the owner for all their schemas. From what I can tell, it doesn't really matter; what does matter is if your database users are granted access to the schema. Since most users only have public rights and dbo has database owner rights, is there any part
