(Say: if the audio says 'Hello' and stops, you hear 'Hellololololololololo') it is enough to initialise an iaudioclient with AUDCLNT_STREAMFLAGS_LOOPBACK to produce this behavior. On Windows Vista the client gets access denied errors when trying to connect to the named pipe. I setup the pipe so authenticated users could access. When the client is run as an admin it works fine.
