- Hello guys,
Microsoft says "new API, implemented in CertEnroll.dll starting with Windows Vista, replaces Xenroll.dll which has been deprecated and is no longer contained in Windows."
You can find the API reference at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/aa374863.aspx
Now, does anyone know the class ID or API that can be used by JavaScript in InternetExplorer to generate

I am trying to create a Sequential workflow that will dynamically create tasks, that are actually a list of workflow steps that are loaded from a WSS3 list.
The workflow I have implemented contains the ForEach action, and inside this I have placed the CreateTask and OnTaskChanged actions (WSS 3), which I configure each time with the appropriate details. The first pass works fine

- I have written a custom source filter for my application and was wondering is there a way to use the filter without having to register it. For instance if I wanted to use my application on another computer that computer does not have to have my filter registered to use it.
Could I use it as a class object and not use CoCreateInstance on it

Im getting tired of googling about WASAPI and only finding hits on my OWN code :)
What are we supposed to do if we want to do exclusive mode and IsFormatSupported just returns AUDCLNT_E_UNSUPPORTED_FORMAT, and doesnt even provide a "closet match". Are we supposed to try all millions of permutations of members in WAVEFORMATEX(TENSIBLE), and at the end, after failing all

- Hello everybody,
Hope to find some help here. Just didn't know who to ask, so let me give it a try.
I simply want to access a Activity-Property in a Declarative Rule, but when using this.activityName I get the Template - and there the properties are empty. It's a custom activity derived from HandleExternalEventActivity wich sets it custom property ChangeParameters on OnInvoke()...

With Windows XP I was using the Windows Desktop Search ver. 2.6 that was neatly handling the OCR-ed text. After updating to Vista, that is no longer the case, in spite of my having selected "index properties and file contents" option for TIF files. Is there a way I can get this to w

- Hello,
I've written a very simple transform filter to solve what I believe is a problem with Logitech's latest (v10.x) webcam drivers. I think my filter works fine, but seems to introduce an instability when I include it in my capture graph.
Specifically: as detailed in another one of my posts , the Pause/Resume function would no longer work in my capture graph with the new Logitech drivers.

Occurs in: Media Center; Rhapsody; Winamp, WMP 11; iTunes about every 30 seconds.
My system is Windows Premium Ready; Acer Aspire 9800 (20" notebook) Dual-core T2600;
