I've currently got data coming into my "serial" port (a USB port with FTDI's serial com drivers) from a board. I have my ReceivedBytesThreshold and 1028, but my code is calling an event seemingly at random when less than 1028 bytes of data are received. My ReadBufferSize is set up to 4112 (4x threshold) so it shouldn't be filling before the event handler is called.
