      • I have been using Windows Live Messenger for months and today I clicked on the livecall button option. I closed the livecall window and never made any changes but now whenever I open Live Messenger it automatically loads the livecall.exe process which stays resident and uses 17-18MB of ram. This process is just a resource hog as I don't use the service at all and can find no way to set Live Messen

      • I modified sample code in Windows Live Contact SDK to add contact to my own address book. I replaced the strSampleWLID with my Windows Live ID and strSamplePUID with my own too, and change the Authorization mode to RPS. It shows successful to create new contact, but I can't see the new contact in my messenger contact list. That's why What's wrong I did or I got a mistake idea Thanks a lot.

      • This is a strange one, but entirely reproduceable. I have a map, and if I navigate to a particular region and then zoom, VE stops requesting tiles until I pan to another specific location. I've put breakpoints in my script where I add or remove my tile layers, and I'm not inadvertently doing that. My tiles are generated programmatically and if I put a breakpoint in the tile generation code it stop

      • I have a custom icon for my pushpins that "points" to a different pixel than the center of the icon. I've seen a number of posts that claim that the solution for changing the offset is to apply a style which sets the icon's positioning to absolute and shifts, say, top and left.
