I have a data entry with child tables. But if I click the add button the fields from child table is disable what I need to do for enable the fields from child tables. Thanks

Did you actually add a new record in your child table E.g. what is the code in Add button
It could be something like
select ChildTable
Append blank
then the form is going to work. You may also want to set FK in the Child table to be PK of the parent.
You need something like:
insert into childTable (foreignKey) values (parentTable.primarkyKey)
in your add button click. It'd add a new record in child table with parent's key info filled and enable fields for entry.
