    - Automatic Sending of WER data Actually, on the Windows Vista systems I've seen so far, the default "Problem Reports" settings caused the crash data to be sent automatically, without asking the user. More precisely, Vista contacts the Watson servers to see if the crashing app is properly registered and "mapped". (Registration and mapping is performed through the Winqual portal.) Only if that is the case, the actual crash data will be produced and sent over the wire. The default on XP is to ask the user before sending, but you'll also have to register and map your app if you want the crash data to be collected and to appear on the Winqual portal. A quick check on our end shows 380 events with hits on Vista assigned to CoCreate Software.(I believe this is your company ) Sometimes there is a delay between when the crashes occur and on your machine and when they appear on the site. This usually only takes 1-2 days but can take as many as 4 days. Thanks for letting us know about the WinXP x64 version problem. The OSVersion of WinXP x64 is very close to that of Server 2003 so our patterns are off. We will update them shortly. Some things that might influence why you miss errors (just a few that came to mind, I'm sure there are many more): In the Visual Basic editor, under Tools - Options - Editor tab. Make sure Auto Syntax Check is ON. It is on by default, but may have been turned off in your case. This identifies a lot of problems as soon as you enter the code. Also check, in the same dialog box under the General tab, the Error handling setting. This controls whether coded error handlers are used or ignored. If you are using "On Error Resume Next" (or other error handling) in your code, but the user has Error Trapping set at "break on all errors", then theirs may stop when yours continues. My personal recommendation is to minimise the use of "On Error Resume Next". There are times when it serves a useful purpose, but in those cases turn it on just before it's needed, and off again as soon as it's not needed. If used unnecessarily it will mask errors that really should be dealt with rather than ignored. If you are not using Option Explicit, then in some cases a typo could be interpreted as an undeclared variable. This can mean that no errors are generated, but the code is probably not going to do what it's supposed to do. Furthermore, someone who has set the option "Require Variable Declaration" (in the same dialog box as mentioned above) probably will get errors in these cases. As you will see from the examples posted by many experienced users, it is generally considered good practice to use Option Explicit and declare all variables.     - Send Outlook message via VBA Macro in Excel what to do is open the workbook on the machine with the problem. Bring up the VBA Macro Editor and check the References (Tools->References) for anything thats missing. The entry will be there but a message of MISSING will be beside it. Select it and take a note of the location of the file thats missing. The problem is either the file isn't there or it hasn't be registred correctly. Do a search for the file on the computer and find out where it has been installed, it will be somewhere. Now you can copy it to the location specified in Excel, do not move it, make sure the original file stays were it is. Once you copy it to the location try your code again, in theory it should work now, it depends on what file is missing. If the spreadsheet still doesn't work you might need to register the copied file with Regsvr32.exe tool but I'm unsure what would happen in that event to the original registry entry for the original file. I'd only do this as a last resort and I'd read up on the consequences, if any, of doing it... one way to ensure you can rollback registration is make a full back up of the registry before running Regsvr32.exe.     - Why the do while loop does not work? It's because the second time round the loop the code is referencing cells on the active sheet (AFFILIATE), not the original sheet. Try to use Worksheet objects, then you don't have to keep activating different sheets. Also the Else clause isn't needed as there's nothing in it.
