You might try checking the zoom level you have set in the bottom right of the status bar of IE. See if setting to 100% fixes the issue.

There are two solutions to this problem.
1. Adjust the DPI back to the standard settings.
--> Right-click your desktop and go to Properties
--> Click on the settings tab
--> Click on advanced
--> Change the DPI setting back to "Normal"
2. Edit the registry.
--> Go to Start, Run
--> Type regedit and click OK
--> search for "UseHR"
--> Adjust the value from 1 to 0
Depending upon whether or not you want to use the High Res DPI scaling or not do one of the two options. This link descibes it in a little more detail.
