Our company has a product that integrates VBA as a scripting engine. This has worked fine using VBA 6.3 in an standard operating environment where Office 2000 was present. A new customer has Office 2003 and every time they launch our application an installer dialog pops up and tries to complete the Office installation. This eventually disappears but never solves the problem, every attempt to use the VBA facility causes this dialog to appear. Needless to say our VBA stuff doesn't work anymore. What's happening, how do I fix it

This sounds like the behavior with some Office applications, when you have multiple versions installed, and you start a different one than the version previously used. Word does this, Excel usually doesn't.
