I am trying to send a fax using my internet fax service, so I am in Microsoft Word, and click on File/Send to/Recipient Using Internet Fax Service..." and I get the following error message: "The Microsoft Office Document Image Writer driver cannot be detected. To use the Internet fax service, run the Office Setup Program to remove the driver, and then run the Office Setup Program to add the driver back." In short, I did that and it didn't work. I am using Mail Merge and that part works great. But now I want to be able to search for a particular record (recipient) and print the document only for that record. I know you can search through the "find" button on the mail merge toolbar but I want to make this more user friendly because my fellow emplyees are not very familiar with the mail merge function and it woukld be easier to go through a macro. Let us know if it still gives an error after changing that. Van is right about the square brackets - the best way to specifiy a field or table name is to enclose in in square brackets, not in quotes. Quotes will work most of the time, but are not the best way to do it. The problem you had with nesting the quotes is one reason to use brackets instead. The square brackets tell the system without any doubt that what's inside is a field or table name. The quotes will allow you to use a field name with a space in it, but they don't necessarily tell the system that it's a table or field. Say you had a field name that was Select. The only failsafe way to force it to recognise it as a field name and not as the start of a SELECT statement is to put it in brackets. Quotes won't be enough in these cases. When you get in to more convoluted sql queries (your SELECT..FROM is sql, whether you were aware of it or not), using the brackets can also make your code much more readable and easier to troubleshoot. I've created a collection of boat objects with an array of boats and an integer counter. Storing the boats isn't a problem however when I try to retrieve the boats I'm getting Object variable with block '91' not set issues. To set it up from scratch in MS Access 2003 (and perhaps other versions ), do the following. 1. Create the form. Make sure that the data source is set correctly to the table that you want to use for input. You can check this by opening the form in Design view, right clicking in solid black box on the top left, select properties, click on the Data tab, and read what it says in Record Source. If it does not say the name of the table you want to use for input, then click on the down arrow in the drop down box and select the table that your want. 2. Add a button to the form. You can use the wizard, but I usually just cancel out of it. Give the button a helpful caption and meaningful name. (Example: btnSetTime). 3. Set up the OnClick event. To do this, right click on the button and choose properties. Click on the event tab. Find the row that says "On Click". Click on the button to the right of the row that has the caption: "...". Choose "Code Builder". This will open up the code window with the cursor on a newly generated subroutine named <button name>_Click( ). Example, for a button named btnSetTime, the sub will be named btnSetTime_Click( ). 4. You now have an entry point for your code. From the code, you may use the Now( ) function to get a current Date / Time, and you can input into the fields of the current record of the table selected in step 1.     - Overflow (error 6) The only issue I foresee with this, albeit a very remote issue, is the fact that the value you are assigning to the double variable from your expression changes by the second. If the time taken from executing the expression to jumping to the ErrorHandler label and writing the expression parts to the debug window exceeds a second, the values written to the debug window will obviously not be the same as those that generated the error.     - Refresh Data for large Pivot Table Hello I had a VBA code that worked on Office 2000. The code automatically generated XLS pivot tables based on a changeable query and save each excel file separately. The original MDB file is 1.2 GB due to a large table used by query to generate year by year XLS reports. Per year I have at most 600.000 records. When I upgraded the code to Office 2003 I noticed the following problem with the following command: ActiveSheet.PivotTables("PivotTable1"). PivotCache.Refresh The original command I used in 2000 does not work: ActiveSheet.PivotTables("PivotTable1").RefreshTable So, I just used recorded macro command PivotCache.Refresh The execution from the VBA is different from the manual execution (Refresh data from the menu Data). The difference is obvious when the Task Manager Performance window is opened. Manual command uses much less memory and in my case finishes the refresh successfully. VBA replacement "eats" RAM very quickly and at the end reports an error . The record counting is much slower compared to manual execution. Office 2000 was not able to handle files larger than ~ 450.000 records. I had to divide the data in a same year, but at least there was no difference between manual and automatic generation.     - Random sort in Excel Hi I have asked this about four years ago and got sent the perfect code but have since lost it :-(. I have a list of items in the rows and prices in the columns, I have four different prices in col C,D,E,F. Eg. Item Code - Item Neme - Price 1 - Price 2 - Price 3 - Price4. Now I need to bubble sort columns C.D.E.&F so that it mixes up the prices in the columns without affecting the rows. In other words the prices must stay within the row they are allocated to but randomly change columns. So by using code it must go from row to row and randomly sort the four columns. Whewww. I'm trying to make a chart with below data table. What I need is to show primary x-axis as years(2005, 2006, 2007, 2008). And in each year, I want to build bars by seasons(Vday, Easter, Halloween, Xmas). In each bar, I want to breakdown by Brand( skittles, starbust, jelly beans). How can I do that Thanks so much!

Basically, I could not breakdown each bar with brand information.
