    - SAP Hey Tantani Thanks a lot for that prompt reply. I was actually thinking of investing 3,00,000 and getting a certification. But then what is the use of that certification if there is not hands on live projects. So if I master the book and get a job (may be at a lower level) in a company who have implemented SAP programme, and then show my interest in that programme, you are saying that it will help. Is that so.... in that case i would not need a certification. But will this experience count if I have to apply somewhere abroad..... or the companies there will want to have a look at my certification. I am really confused Tantani, I am really not sure what I should do, and how to get started on.... And how do you know so much about SAP. Have you done it !!! Your information is very cut clear.....     - Fine-tuning VBA code Dear all, I hope someone is able to help me with this one. I'm using Excel 2007 to import large text files using VBA code. In the text file I'll tell you a bit more about in a moment, the the first column of numbers are longitude, the second latitude and from there on, data point values. The first problem is that when a very small number is encountered (e.g. 4.2321E-02) in the text file, upon import to Excel, the 'number' is imported into the correct cell, yet the E-02 is put into the adjacent cell, causing the number to be split up - this also causes subsequent values to be shifted one cell further along than they should be. I was wondering therefore if there's a way of keeping the E-02 attached to the end of the number. I've noticed that in the text file sometimes there is a space between the number and the E-x part (most often for the latitude and longitude values) with often no space for the data point values. Any suggestions are of course welcome on how to get round this! The second problem is a bit of an odd one. Upon import of the data, the final cell of each row and positions in the dataset where there is meant to be no value (ie. a blank cell), a question mark in a box appears (this doesn't appear in the text file). I'm wondering whether this is meant to be some kind of carriage-return marker or something akin to this. Anyway, I thought it would be easy to remove, just using find and replace to make the cell blank once more - however, as this isn't a text character, it won't let me copy and paste it into the find/replace box. So I'm a little confused how to get rid of this. Each text file is around 300MB (told you it was a large import!), so I've uploaded a smaller sample one to www.megaupload.com in case you need to have a look - it's still quite big mind you.     - populate text box with combo box selection then be able to edit the text box Here is my problem. I have a combo box that contains a list of all of the road names in my city. I have the code that places whatever my selection is in the combo box into a text box. The problem is that I need the end user to be able to edit the text box after the road name is added ( to be able to add the address digits to the beginning). Any suggestions Thanks ahead.     - Problem saving to spreadsheet with Macros in 1 column I am displaying info in a DataGridView from a spreadsheet that is then altered using buttons by the user. The spareadsheet is then saved back to the spreadsheet using another button. All this is working fine - no probs. Problem is that there is a Macro in all of the cells in 1 column that keeps a running total by using the cell comment to store a value to stop circular reference problems. The info saves back into this cell from VB but the macro seems to not work properly in that only the last value saved it shown.     - Multi-column List Box with data not from excel spreadsheet Hi, I am trying to create a multi-column list box with data that is NOT from an excel spreadsheet. For example, I would want to make a 2 column list box with someone's last name next to their first name: Smith Joe Baker Jeff Jones Bob etc. I want them in two columns but i want to be able to select a single person by selecting a row, ie so that the last and first name are considered a single unit.     - this problem is also troubling me now!! :( Hi, My environment is this standalone instllation of MOSS 2007 Beta 2 (No TR) at W2k3 sp1 (Virtual PC) My client environemnt is win xp. I hav an Web Service app hosted in to w2k3 server where MOSS exists. When i try to add a file thru Web Service using object model i get the following errors. when use machine name for opening spweb (SPWeb site = new SPSite(AbsoluteURL).OpenWeb();) "The request Failed with HTTP Status 401 UnAuthorized" when using ip address at AbsoluteURL getting The Web Application at http://172.26.7.224:5493/Shared%20Documents/imsd.doc could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a new request URL mapping to the intended application.errortested But when i use thesame code inside a Winforms application at running from server it works great!!! Please show my some light... i am held up with a lot behind this trial... I have tried the following, 1. I have proxy server configured at our network tried removed that setting at IE also. 2. I hav given permission to NETWORK SERVICE ASPNET IUSR Administrator of W2k3 accouts for Sharepoint Web Application (admin site) 3. You said to you needed to be able to allow other members to add others to their lists without prompts, I believe you can do so manually in the settings in the LCS snapin.. On the properties of an LCS user.. Allow/edit.. add.. "ALL" or something similar... So far the only real issue I'm having with our setup is Groups.. if I have/want one contact in both groups and I run two different scripts for each group, then that user only appears in one group or the other, the end user has to manually copy the user to the other group, for them to appear in both. The other issue is with Vista, as there is no remote assistance.. (and no remote assistance under more actions if using Presence information on Portal Intranet or in Office 2007).. Is there any documentation on recent changes to the VBA environment An older product which includes the VBA environment is not able to launch any VBA macros with Office 2007 installed. The code won't stop after saved as so, now, you are runing the code as Template instead of the NewCreatedDocument. This is the dirty approach. Hi Derek, database I guess is SQL Server 2005, OS is XP with multi-language support, office 2003 (not sure if sp1 or sp2), ordinary non-programmer will use it, so they will modify the word document and upload it and data modified will be written on the database, first they would export the data in word document or excel or any template (word) and enter data. does anybody know if the property TextAlign in a Listbox from Access 2000 (not Microsoft Forms 2.0) WORK

At Rowsource i'vd tried numeric fields , text fields ... change the format property of the fields, even tried a value list instead of a SQL string in the rowsource... nothing work's to align RIGHT !!!

I also tried to use the format function in the SQL string ....

Can someone help

Standard Access ListBox always left-aligns the column values.
