I had my SharePoint site on test server and i moved my sharepoint site using stsadm backup and restore to production server. now one of my user had uploaded html page to old website and it is accesible from new location. We need to remove this site but i can not find it any where. This site shows up when we do search and it shows up as http://servernameort number/subsite name/Old/html/page name.htm any idea how i can remove this

Can you elaborate a bit Does the site only show up in the search, and nowhere else

Also, have you initiated a fresh crawl after the restore

Yes it just shows up in search.

I did full crawl for search settings and it still comes up in search.

Does the url to the page in the search results correspond to the page's original address I.e. is it the servernameort of the old or the new installation

It's the new server name and port number.
