Hello All,

I am having issues and am a bit confused with what may be happening and as such would appreciate any guidance anyone can provide.

I have configured and setup the needed pieces ĘC well up to the central admin point - see the following link for perusal:

I am running into issues with the three links, Manage integration settings, Grant Database access and Set server defaults which are located at: Central Administration > Application Management tab > Reporting Services section.

When I click on either of the Manage integration settings or Grant Database access links I get the following error:

The resource object with classname 'ReportServer' and key 'CentralAdmin' was not found.

When I click on the Set server defaults link, I get the following error:

An unexpected error occurred while connecting to the report server. Verify that the report server is available and configured for SharePoint integrated mode.

I have searched on these errors but do not find anything meaningful that has helped.

To confirm some details:

WSS 3.0

SQL Server SP2

SQL Server Reporting Services Add-in has been installed

Everything is installed on the same server

Doing some additional poking around - when i peruse the Default Database Server settings in the Central Administration site it is using <SererName>\Microsoft##SSEE. In the Reporting Server Configuration Manager - I am using the default instance of an Enterpise installtion of SQL Server 2005. Not sure if it matters or not but both the Windows/web service identity's are set to the NT Authority\NetworkService account.

I've tried looking but have not found much on this new information yet. Not sure if this setup may cause some permission issues or not. Also, i'm assuming that the SSEE installation with WSS is not the best path but would this cause us any issues and should we do a re-install of WSS to use the Enterprise installation
