Mr. Lou Sanderson

It seems to me that one must have atleast farm admin permissions before they can add conditional statements in a SharePoint Designer workflow - Vice Site Owner level permissions. Note that actions can be performed with Site Owner level permissions, but not conditions.

Has anyone else seen this Is there some way to allow users to add conditional statements in a Designer workflow without needing to be granted such a high level permission

Thanks,

Lou

The first part of this response I can understand (perhaps I should just stop there) but the rest of it is a tad confusing.

To begin with, who is "we"

And what editing are you talking about How is editing related to my question

To begin with, who is "we" ---Here i jus wanted to generalize all the SharePoint Users.........

Is there some way to allow users to add conditional statements in a Designer workflow without needing to be granted such a high level permission ------ for this. what i was tryin to say is, One don't have to be with High level permissioins such as Full Control to add conditional statements in a Designer workflow .....a permission level to Edit, that can be customized to attain what ya seek.......
