Hey,

I have a outlook agenda with birthday's of employees. I want to share that outlook agenda on sharepoint so that it shows birthday's of our employees. I did manage to share a sharepoint agenda in outlook but not the other way around. I did use the OWA webpart for my agenda but to use this everyone has to login when the page loads. My question is: Is it possible to share a Outlook agenda on sharepoint without other ppl to login. Our sharepoint does use NT authority login.

Any help would be appriciated.

Greetz

If "agenda" = "calendar", then I don't know of any way to directly take a pre-existing Outlook Calendar and configure it for use in SharePoint. However, you can just as easily create a new Calendar in SharePoint, connect it to Outlook, and then mass copy/paste your items from the former Outlook calendar into the new SharePoint calendar. Appointment view works well for this process.

I made a new calendar and added all the birthday's in there, not really the perfect solution but it works perfect. I got it to work that birthday's are shown on the website 3 days before the actuall birthday and make them come back every year.

Well as happy as i was last year this year i got some problems with the calendar. I have lots of reoccuring meetings wich are the birthday's of our employees. But since I made a dataviewwebpart that uses XSLT dataview i cant get the right date to show. It will always show the first date wich is in 2007, even though its reoccuring, but i want to show the meeting in 2008.

Any help would be appreciated even new solutions would be helpfull.
