Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I thought about that, but I was hoping there would be a better way to be honest.

Basically i'm trying to use an SPTreeView with a SPHierarchyDataSourceControl in a master page for a site, however I want the navigation to reflect the hierarchical view from the top level site in all sub sites and their sub sites and so on.

I notice that the SPHierarchyDataSourceControl has the property RootWebId, and I was hoping that by setting that to the GUID of my top level site that the above would be possible.

There might be a better way to achieve my objectives, and if you could point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Adrian
