You can't delete the latest version directly. Instead, restore the previous version.

I think it will create a new version, so you will need to delete the previous version. For example:

Before Restore
Version Name Status
3 document.docx Doc version for deletion
2 document.docx Doc version for keeping
1 document.docx Original doc before save
After Restore
4 document.docx Restored document version 2
3 document.docx Doc version for deletion
2 document.docx Doc version for keeping
1 document.docx Original doc before save

In my example, after you restored version 2, you would delete version 3.

I just don't want so many versions for one document, so, if I delete one old and generate one new, it's skimble-skamble.

Can you pls tell me a way to just reduce version number Thanks!

There is no "Admin Check-in" functionality built into the UI of SharePoint. You would have to create that one your self by using CustomActions and the EditControlBlock section. Also, you would need to do the SPListItem.SystemUpdate(false) method to avoid the second check-in from occuring. Unfortunately you will need to think of the logic of how to determine it is a repeatitive checkin.
