The following issues are baffling us:

1. We are creating meetings in Outlook 2003 and when we make changes to the meeting in Outlook everybody accepts but the linked SharePoint page doesnĄ¯t update with the responses.

2. When we create a recurring meeting workspace and load up documents for the first date, they don't propogate for every meeting. Is this by design or is there w way around it

3. Is there a way to get alerted when tasks get changed/updated

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Kevin

...and #3. So I guess the question is just about how to get attendee responses who accept in Outlook to be reflected on the Meeting Workspace page.

Hi, I am interested in #1 too. In fact, I am interested to know how is the Attendee type supposed to be used

Is it intended only to be used by 1 person to edit response for everyone Is there anyway to tie this response to a Survey question such that we could ask user a series of Registration Questions, one of which is to set this field to "Yes/No"
