We have a Sharepoint 2007 portal and the document libraries in the site. The site and server has been patched with the latest fix for daylight saving but when we upload files in it, the time when the files were uploaded is 1 hour behind.

When we create a new site on Sharepoint 2007, and did the similar, it shows the correct time. Does anyone has similar problems or fix for this

I have an even worse problem. Every configuration change in central administration that is replicated to the frontend servers in our farm using the OWSTimer lasts one hour. We have the problem in our test system with Windows 2003 SP1 without daylight savings patch as well as on the production system with Windows 2003 SP2 and latest patches.
The servers are in German time zone (GMT+1) with daylight savings on. I have also followed the instructions given at http://www.sharepointbuzz.com/index.php/2007/01/12/sharepoint-2007-timer-service-and-timer-jobs-owstimerexe/
but the problem still persists
If anyone has a suggestion I would be very thankful.
