It seems that there's no out-of-the-box newsletter function from MOSS 2007
My client need to have an easy way to create newsletter where end-user can self subscribe/unsubscribe to.
A newsletter should be create from a template and easy to edit like in Word or mail document.
Are there any easy-way to do it Any 3rd party product with this functionality
Or any workaround ex. have a list to contain newsletter and automatic sending any new newsletter ud to a list of subscribe users..or so.

I'm no expert and have not tried it. But, I saw a presentation earlier this year where someone was creating a standard set of content designed to be read like a document. He created a new content type based off the "Page" definition and went from there.
I know this is vague but it may give you a good starting point.
I'd check Mike Walsh's site for 3rd party company's that may provide something with less effort.
Let us know how you make out. It's an interesting question.
