Can extranet users upload multiple documents to a library I have a server running Sharepoint Server 2007 Enterprise. i have an extranet setup through fba and sql. But for some reason when i log in with any type of permissions to the extranet side i lose the ability to upload multiple documents. I cant even see the option anymore. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great. I know this should still be an option for extranet users. Also one other thing my intranet is setup through kerberos auth and i dont think that would really have anything to do with this situation though. please let me know asap thanks. :] i appreciate any help provided. thanks again.

One basic requirement for seeing the multiple documents (upload) link is that your (PC) client is running Office 2003 Pro or Office 2007.

Are your Extranet users using this on their cleint systems

I have also encountered the same problem and have spent days troubleshooting. In the end, I stumbled upon this document by Microsoft accidentially http://technet2.microsoft.com/Office/en-us/library/ca092ed2-4aa2-4c2e-b273-661ca6a76e011033.mspx mfr=true. Under Authentication Providers, set the Client Integration to "TRUE". Hope this can solve your problem. Smile
