How i can animate de framekeys of the model exported from 3dsmax to .x file is use de bones transformation, a don't understend why have the tranformation with the bones what the utility of this any example

The MSFT guys have been promising some example code on how to do this, but as of yet it hasn't been provided. You, along with many others including myself are all chomping at the bit, so to speak, for this. Short of digging through the API's and trying to figure out out there aren't a lot of options right now.
