All,

I have updated our CMMI process and some of the folders are not being created. I can not see those folders within sharepoint but I could see them from team Explorer. Any idea why

Here is the XMl file (part of it).

The folders under Supporting Files/... are not being created.

Can you please confirm that Process Guidance/Supporting Files is being created

Can you see all the sub folders via Team Explorer but not through Sharepoint

What do you see when you browse into the Process Guidance document library via Sharepoint

I guess his problem is that he custimized process template and add some documentlibrary into the template, and created projects with this customized template, but on the project protal, he can not find his new document library in the navigation panel.

BTW: I have the same problem.

Please verify that your custom document libraries are in SharePoint: Click on the "Documents" link in the left quick launch panel.

If the document libraries exist, then it sounds like you just want to add a link to your custom document library to the quick launch panel.

WSS 2.0:

Click on your custom document library.

On the left column, click on "Modify settings and columns".

In the General Settings section, click on "Change general settings".

In the Navigation section, select "Yes" if you want to add a link to this document library in the quick launch bar.

WSS 3.0:

Click on your custom document library.

Click on "Settings" on the toolbar and select "Document Library Settings".

In the General Settings section, click on "Title, description and navigation".

In the Navigation section, select "Yes" if you want to add a link to this document library in the quick launch bar.

P.S. If you don't want to do this for every new project going forward, you will need to update the site template used by the process template. If you want more details, let me know.
