Hello Ray:
You can add a WSS site to the team project WSS site. View the project portal site, click create in the home page of the project portal site. Then you can create many types of contents which can be added to the project site. There are three basic types of web page you can choose.

Hello Ray:

I am sorry. I mean that you can create sub contents inside the project site. Maybe that is not you want.

There's no capability to create a "team project portal" (the WSS site that we create during the team project creation wizard) after team project creation is done. The steps we take during that are to create the sharepoint site (choosing the MSF Agile or MSF CMMI template, depending on what you chose during the wizard) and then upload lots of pages to the site.

You could monitor (watching the http traffic or using log files or whatever) what we do during team project creation and then do it yourself, but it's not a simple task and we don't have any direct support for it.
