Hi, I've got a strange problem. My sub-report isn't being displayed, so I've been looking for an answer. I've read that you have to create an event to handle the sub-report. So I've written the following:

Imports Microsoft.Reporting

Imports Microsoft.Reporting.WebForms

Imports Microsoft.ReportingServices

Partial Class TryAgain

Inherits System.Web.UI.Page

**Protected Sub Page_Load(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As EventArgs)

**AddHandler ReportViewer1.LocalReport.SubreportProcessing, AddressOf SetSubDataSource

ReportViewer1.LocalReport.Refresh()

End Sub

**Public Sub SetSubDataSource(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As SubreportProcessingEventArgs)

e.DataSources.Add(New ReportDataSource("Dataset_reporttable", "ObjectDatasource1"))

End Sub

End Class

The problem is, I've put breakpoints(**) into my code, however it won't even break into it ! I thought that might help me identify what's wrong in my code. I'm definitely running that page, so I'm a rad confused. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong

Thanks

Dan

Re: Visual Studio Report Controls Can't break into Page Load?!

My bad, should have been form load, it works then.

Doh!
