How do I localize the web access to workitems We have twentysome mother toungues we need to support. We want blue collar workers to add "product bugs", "tool bugs", "material bugs" and a vast number of different types of workitems. And they won't do it if the only front end is in english.

By localization I mean: Make a systematic translation to a number of different languages. Users nationality needs to be identified using regional settings or similar stored information. Each system text on the front end needs to be stored with an id and different translations for each needs to be set up.

ID English German Danish

Label 2341 Bug Rates Fehler Raten Fejl Rater

Is this an option or is something similar available

Hi Klaus,

Team System Web Access generates the work item form dynamically by retrieving its layout and field labels from Team Foundation Server (stored in work item definition files in your process template).

Currently, it's not possible to have multiple languages on the same TFS instance.

Hi Thank you for a percise answer.

Here is one vote for a front end which can be made available to customers. I would like customers to be able to follow progress on bugs they report and workitems they create as development projects progresses.

Such a front end would have to be localizable.

Cheers Klaus
