Hi,

I'm still going up the ole' learning curve on CR 10.

What I've concluded that I need to do is have a number of unlinked subreports that all come from a Main Report that doesn't overwise contain any data. This is so that all 11 reports will all be in one viewer and hopefully printed with a single click of the print icon from the main report.

So far I have one subreport that I can view if it's ondemand, but I can't print it from the main report. If it's not ondemand I can't even view its link from the main report.

Do I need to find someway to link the subreport to the Main Report w/out being ondemand so I can click on the link and print it from the main report.

thanks in advance,

Danny

Okay, this wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. The answer is to have the subreports built using the default, at load time, not ondemand. That makes sense, if it's ondemand the user would need to click on the report to load it. You can't print what hasn't yet been loaded into the viewer.

To make this work I add a new report footer and create a new subreport. If the subreport requires 2 pages, then I'm planning on splitting the report into 2 subreports.
