I need a control to be able to let messages fall through it as if it were disabled. How can i do that If i set enable = false it also disables its children and i don't want that.

EDIT:

Visually when i click on the control i want its parent to get the message or any control that has been overlapped by this one(and hold coords that have been clicked - messages not to be sent just to the parent but to any control thats beneath the click and my control that has mesage capture disabledat that moment).

Check this thread for an example on how to use IMessageFilter.

Looks like the right stuff, going to delay doing it for now because it is tricky and i need to determine under wich circumstances will i filter out messages. Easy part is that all i have to filter are mouse messages.
