My installation have Client and Server modes. The following is dialog in the setup project.

1. Select Installation Mode Dialog

2. Input Server Name Dialog

If user selected server mode in "1. Select Installation Mode Dialog" that the "2. Input Server Name Dialog" no need to dispaly to user. What is the best way to do it. I cannot found a property like condition in dialog. So I cannot do it.

Please Help!!!

The way dialogs work is that an event is attached to a button click that determines what should be done next, such as the dialog to show. Visual Studio setups don't offer this level of UI control (it's not designed to have all the bells and whistles of products like Wix, InstallShield, Wise etc). So I'm not sure what to advise here.

Phil is correct. I would recommend using two different installers, one for the client, and one for the server, and direct your customers/users to use the correct one as appropriate.

Visual Studio setups don't compete with the commercial products. I just posted this comment in response to a general question in this area:
