Well, it is not clear that you are making you setup or you already have one. Moreover, if you are building the setup, what version of Visual Studio do you have

Assuming that you are building the setup, and you are using Visual Studio 2005. I believe that you can do it through the dialog box where you specify the prerequisites.

¡¤ Right Click on your setup project and select properties.

¡¤ Press ¡®Prerequisite¡¯ button on build configuration page.

¡¤ Here you can see a bunch of prerequisite applications. Here you can specify from where the setup bootstrapper should download the prerequisite files. Select ¡®Download prerequisites from the following location:¡¯ option and specify the location in the field.
