Is there way to export image to file which is shown as System.Drawing.Bitmap and it is Local Resource in Resource context if button |...| pressed.

Are you referring to buttons in your own application or in other applications

Hi MsMit,

I not quite sure this is what you want. Bitmap has a method named Save, and this method will save the Image to the specified file or stream.

Hope this helps.

Surely I am referring to other application with source code provided or output of wizards. E.g. wizard with toolbar buttons allowing to add/remove/edit data in a datagridview generated in Visual Studio. I understand that I may cut rectangle button areas after screen image is pasted into MSPaint and etc... , but is there other way

Yes , it suits me , I just thought it might be possible to do that without writing any code. It raises other question which is related so I'll continue in this thread. Where actually is a Bitmap kept in a project. I used Save method in a code and saved button caption as a gif file . When imported this gif file back it became again System.Drawing.Bitmap
