Re: ClickOnce and Setup & Deployment Projects TEST CASE 1. how to embed manifest that define its execution level to the execution file

Do you want this in a C# program, C++

This isn't the best group for this question - this is not a ClickOnce or Setup project question. Try a Visual Studio general forum.

I want it in c#.

Ya true, now I realize that and apologies for my mistake, but this time please forgive me and give me a solution if possible.

Hello everybody,

I am able to embed the mainifest on exe. I am able to see it through CFF explorer. But when I generate the Setup through clickonce and install it, I m not able to see the embeded manifest in installed exe. So can anybody tell me what settings should I use for clickonce which prevents my embaded manifest to disappear from exe

my embaded manifest contains following detatils.

< xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" >
<assembly xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1" manifestVersion="1.0">
<assemblyIdentity version="1.0.0.4" processorArchitecture="X86" name="WindowsApplication1" type="win32"/>
<trustInfo xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v3">
<security>
<requestedPrivileges>
<requestedExecutionLevel level="asInvoker" uiAccess="false"/>
</requestedPrivileges>
</security>
</trustInfo>
</assembly>

Thanks in advance
