We have been experiencing the same problems for some weeks and Microsft still advise they are working on it. We get a fix if we wind back to IE6 the font size returns to normal.

We are running stand alone HP DC770 PC's with WIN XP Pro & Office 2003 (IE7) & Microsoft Live OneCare protection as Anti Virus etc.

Welcome any permantent fix

We are running a HP DC7700 series desktop (stand alone) with WIN XP Pro, Office 2003 with Outlook 2003 and since upgrading some months ago to IE7 we get anomolies when printing (HTML) emails from Outlook. This can result in 'microscopic' font sizes, or lack of email headers and occurs at random on both incoming and outgoing emails from various sources on any printer hardwrae including printing to a PDF file on the PC!. We can also get the problem on emails from the same source (such as Amercian Express) where yesterday's email was fine but today's emails print in fine font sizing.

Although we have reported all of the above to Microsoft Australia there has been no 'fix' albeit they confirm a known 'bug' with this aspect of IE7. We can overcome all of the above by uninstalling IE7 and running in IE6 albeit regular update reminder notices and Live Onecare in the 'orange' status! We have had Microsoft Certified Technical Service technicians attend and can readily replicate the issue on other machines.

Trust the above may assist to a resolution in due course.

You can click on reply/forward and print the email and make sure word is an editor in outlook. I haven't be able to find a permanent fix for this. I dont know if many people having this problem though.
