Hi all,

I'm triying to create a small tool that works with MenuExt. What I want to do is, select some data on a screen text and image, extract the html, also get the url of the page and then I want it as imput in a c# program to manipulate it. I found samples to do it with javascript, but I was hoping someone could tell me how to do it in C#.

There's no way to use the MenuExt feature with anything other than a JScript file. You can write a toolbar or BHO that replaces the context menu altogether, but not simply plug in to the existing menu via the menuext mechanism.

I hope you have some experience. Becouse I tried to work with a toobar or a bho. Quite complex, so if I need to build one, then I want to start with the one that works for me.

What I trie to make is a program, where you can select a part of a site, that it grabs the underlieing HTML, and then manipulate it in a tool. I want to access the code trough a right click button.

Hope you can help me choose and maybe you can point me out some example code!
