Hello,

My first installation went through fine. We ran another CCF setup for another location. I followed the same steps as I did for the first. But The CCF web service when accessed through a web browser threw an error like this  System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for  Microsoft.Ccf.Csr.WebServices.AgentWS'  threw an exception. ---> System.Exception: No  configuration settings were found for  Microsoft.Ccf/Csr.WebServices.Providers.AdminConsole.AgentWS.

Has anyone faced problem like this before How to fix this Your help is appreciated

Can you verify its Value in Configuration table in the ContactCenter DB

Please let me know how to fix it
