yeah, the only reason I asked is because our company is using a video capture utility that makes huge files, and it seemed like for however high quality the ones from the silverlight sight are they stream nicely even on our slow network.
I thought the diffrence might be the capture utility...

Have a look at Wink. It is free and it worked quite ok when I tried it.

I like TechSmith Camtasia Studio like because it supports a bunch of different formats, some of which stream well. We used the free Windows Media Encoder download from Microsoft to convert a presentation edited in AVI format to WMV, which had the best compression and streaming characteristics.
