Hi everybody,

I have a laptop with a French keyboard (azerty), and each time I want to move around in my simulation environment, I have to either use strange and very uncomfortable hand gestures, or I have to change my keyboard settings on the taskbar to English keyboard... Now it starts to be a bit annoying...

I was wondering if there is a way of changing the keys (Q instead of A, Z/W, A/Q). Or maybe a way to tell windows to always use the English keyboard for the simulation application.

Thanks in advance,
Alberto

Sorry, I don't know of a way to change the keyboard layout just for one application and there is not way to remap the keys in the simulator.

One thing that might help: You can also use the numeric keypad on your keyboard to move the eyepoint (make sure that NumLock is not set). The left and right arrows move left and right while the up arrow moves forward and the down arrow moves backward. PgUp moves up and PgDn moves down. Perhaps these keys will be more convenient on your keyboard than A,D,S,W,Q, and Z.
