Let's say that I drive a mobile robot using a joystick.

How can I find the robot orientation (in respect to some reference line)

Every entity has a Pose which indicates its current position and orientation. There are also helper functions on the Entity which return the Position and Rotation as xna.Vector3s. The Rotation is Euler angles representing the amount of rotation around each axis.

If you are only interested in orientation in the XZ plane, the entities which derive from DifferentialDrive have a heading property which returns the angle of the robot around the Y axis. The source code for the heading property is in samples\entities\entities.cs.

How about finding its velocity and acceleration
