Yap. You can modify the laserrangefinder.fx file (the pixel.vertex shader) to not display them. Or simply define your own laserrangefinder entity (cut and paste from Entities.cs) and disable/not use the effect file, and anything that pertains to rendering the dots.

Thanks George. Commenting out the last two lines in LaserRangeFinder.fx worked perfectly.
