The BizTalk Server support team and developer community currently use the public newsgroups as their main support avenue. These newsgroups are an excellent source for BizTalk information and help.

microsoft.public.biztalk.admin
microsoft.public.biztalk.appintegration
microsoft.public.biztalk.general
microsoft.public.biztalk.newuser
microsoft.public.biztalk.nonxml
microsoft.public.biztalk.orchestration
microsoft.public.biztalk.server
microsoft.public.biztalk.setup
microsoft.public.biztalk.tools

Joey,

I'll pass that suggestion along to the BizTalk support folks and see what they have to say. Many other MSFT teams have moved to Forums and it may be that the BizTalk team plans to as well. I'll post back any feedback I get.
